To create a pool of executive leaders who engage in having ambition and determination to take leadership in corporations that are new, or in the stages of exploration, decline, or rejuvenation. From this, we will participate in a role of supporting the economy of Japan, in addition to helping corporations and executive leaders their way through life.

The increasing numbers of entrepreneurs created a new type of executives, called the contract managers, and this, was the newly increasing type of business model.
